Check in and social time begins at 11:30 am with luncheon served at 12 and talk to follow on "The history of online electoral misinformation - Part 1: 2004-2016", with fascinating Wellesley Professor of Computer Science and Dept. Chair Panagiotis "Takis" Metaxas.  See map below for directions to Yacht Club.

Professor Metaxas has been studying for years the emergence of "fake news" on the web and the influence of artificial intelligence in determining the information we see.   He is a highly entertaining speaker dealing with a most timely topic.   This program is highly recommended.
